Full Time Experienced LCAM

for an HOA with 3,457 units. Onsite office located in Pembroke Pines Corporate office. A people first driven professional with knowledge of the HOA violations process, ARC’s, CC&R codes, Architectural Review process, HOA Grievance committee & appeals, etc. You will have the support of an Assistant Manager, Violations and Assistant Violations Coordinator, HR, Resident Services, and full Accounting team to aid in the day-to-day management duties.

Compensation to commensurate experience, with employer paid insurance benefits and life insurance.

Requirements:

*Minimum of three plus years HOA property management experience.

*Extensive Landscaping knowledge and experience.

*Knowledge of the violations process, ARC’s, CC&R codes, Architectural Review process, HOA Grievance committee & appeals, etc.

*Superior Admin skills: Tops, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Cinc, Power Point, etc.

*Impeccable organizational, time management, & customer service skills.

*Team leader skills.

*Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.

*Organize the monthly BOD packages.

*Attend evening monthly board and committee meetings.

*Extensive project management knowledge gathering proposals, product & services research, creating RFP’s

*Proficient working directly with residents to address and document concerns.

*HR/Payroll knowledge to manage a staff of 4-conduct reviews, submit payroll, daily team meetings.
